At Simmons Homes we have a variety of homes to fit almost any budget. Our homes start at $86,900 for a 1,515 square foot three bedroom home. Our largest home is $159,900 for 2,716 square foot three bedroom home. We also have four bedroom homes for larger families.
3. Can I build a Simmons Home on my own lot?
Unfortunately, we currently do not build outside our subdivisions, but come visit Heritage Place and maybe you will decide to purchase one of our lots or homes and join the Simmons Homes community!
4. What is the benefit of owning a home versus renting?
There are many reasons for owning your own home but we believe the most important is the opportunity for you to build equity through ownership. Instead of going to your landlord's pocket, your monthly payments go towards ownership of your home. In addition, it can be less expensive than rent and the interest on your mortgage payments are tax-deductible.

In addition to the Restrictions, A Homeowner's Association is the best way to insure a community that you are proud to call home and to protect your homes investment potential. The Association makes sure that all common areas are kept clean and mowed, so the beautiful neighborhood you move into today stays beautiful throughout the years.

Our Model Home is located on Laredo Road, off West Alton Gloor Blvd (4085 Laredo Road). There, you can see a furnished model and meet with a Sales Reprsentative who can answer your questions. While there, we also have displays of the brick and ceramic tile so you can see what Simmons Homes has to offer.
7. Do you have a Simmons Home available for immediate move-in?
Definitely, and we continually have homes in various stages of construction to satisfy any timeline. Just come by our Model and speak with a Sales Representative who can tell you which homes meets your deadline.
8. Do I have to have perfect credit to purchase a Simmons Home?
Though perfect credit ensures a quicker purchase and lower interest rate, it is not necessary. We will do our best to work with you no matter what your credit history, but in the end, the financing depends on the mortgage company.
